This hands-on instructor led program introduces participants to the fundamentals of ITSM. The course generally offers candidates a general awareness of key elements, concepts and terminology used in ITIL Service Lifecycle including the linkages between lifecycle stages, processes used and their contribution to the Service Management practices.
It also helps participants with acquiring valuable insights from instructors with extensive practical experience in managing IT organizations and deploying successful ITIL-based Service Management programs.
Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) Fundamentals course covers topics for the basic functions and modules within the ISM product. It provides a high-level overview of the ISM environment. The purpose of the ISM Fundamentals course is to prepare the customer’s project team with an understanding of the out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality.
Upon completion, the candidates will have an understanding of processes within the ISM installation.
Covers topics for the administrative functions within the Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) product. It provides all the knowledge and skills to perform the Service Manager Administrator daily tasks.
Upon completion, the candidates will have practiced the necessary skills to manage and administer their Service Manager installation
Covers all aspects of day-to-day Ivanti SM Administration.
This course elevates the candidate's Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) knowledge and understanding as it delves into the more advanced Ivanti SM system administration functions like complex Ivanti SM functions, Expressions and configuration. In this course, candidates will learn how to create their own business objects and user interfaces.
After completing the course, the candidates will have acquired the ISM business object creation, customization and configuration skills.
